Williamsburg Chapter members (L to R) Stuart Butler, Ray Duncombe, and Morgan Gardner were on hand at the Palace Green in Colonial Williamsburg for Memorial Day. Even though the official ceremony was cancelled due to inclement weather, a crowd still assembled there to hear speeches by Thomas Jefferson, Patrick Henry, and the Marquis de Lafayette.
